Singapore, [1 December 2025 ] — PKWA Law Practice LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Dorothy Tan and Low Jin Liang as Co-Heads of the Family Law Practice, effective 1 January 2026.
Both Dorothy and Jin Liang have made outstanding contributions to PKWA’s Family Law team over more than a decade with the firm. Their complementary strengths – Dorothy’s leadership in complex, high-value matrimonial litigation and her role as spokesperson for PKWA’s family law practice, together with Jin Liang’s meticulous advocacy and trusted rapport with clients and colleagues – have been central to the firm’s reputation for excellence.
Having both joined PKWA Law as junior associates more than ten years ago, Dorothy and Jin Liang have grown with the firm and risen through its ranks – from associates to Associate Directors, then Deputy Co-Heads, and now Co-Heads of the Family Law Practice. Their appointments reflect PKWA’s commitment to nurturing talent from within and recognising leadership built on dedication, professionalism, and results.
Under their joint leadership, the Family Law Practice will continue to strengthen PKWA’s hallmark standards of advocacy, client care, and professional excellence.
