The ALB Singapore Rising Stars 2023 list showcases lawyers under 40 years of age who are doing high-quality work and, in the process, earning accolades from their colleagues, superiors and clients.
Both Jessica and Charlene specilise in family law and divorce law at PKWA Law.

Charlene is noted for having recently won “a high profile case featured extensively in the Straits Times, headlined “Man went all out to hide over $3 million from the ex-wife.” Her proficiency also extends to trust advisory work, wills and probate.
