PKWA Law recently acted for a client who was involved in a drink driving incident that was subsequently reported in The Straits Times.
The case involved unusual circumstances and received national media attention — a 63-year-old man who accidentally drove into a swimming pool after drinking. Our role was to ensure that the client received fair representation and that his personal circumstances were properly placed before the court.
While a short custodial sentence was imposed, we assisted the client in navigating the legal process and worked to ensure that the matter was resolved while presenting his case in the best possible manner.
