Sabrina graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Second Class Honours (Upper)) from the National University of Singapore and is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Sabrina practices both family and criminal law. Sabrina adopts a client-first approach in all of her cases, seeing matters practically from each client’s point of view. She is able to relate to clients on a personal level and identify their immediate concerns and objectives.

Her practice includes the following areas of work:

  • Divorce, including contested Ancillary Matters hearings, mediations, uncontested divorce;
  • Marital Agreements;
  • Annulment;
  • Variation of Court Orders;
  • Wills and Probate;
  • Theft;
  • Road traffic offences;
  • Violent crimes;
  • Misuse of Drugs;
  • Cheating;
  • Sexual offences; and
  • White Collar offences.

Sabrina is particularly passionate about Criminal Defence. She believes that every person deserves a chance to be defended in court regardless of their actions and mistakes. She is well-versed in a wide range of criminal matters involving offences under the Penal Code, Misuse of Drugs Act and the Road Traffic Act.

Sabrina is also an advocate for collaborative dispute resolution and is an accredited mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Institute. Her article on mediation in religious spheres was recently published in the 6th volume of Contemporary Issues in Mediation (2021).

Sabrina is compassionate and understanding. When Sabrina was an undergraduate, she was heavily involved in community and pro bono work. She volunteered at multiple legal clinics and organised various initiatives to assist vulnerable members in the community.

Outside of work, Sabrina is actively involved in church. She enjoys working with the youths in church and firmly believes that it is important to invest in the next generation.
