Annabel Tee is an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and an Australian-qualified lawyer, with experience in family law and wills, probate and estate matters.

Experience

Having practised in Australia for several years before returning to Singapore, Annabel brings a cross-jurisdictional perspective and a strong appreciation of different legal systems and dispute resolution approaches. Her experience spans divorce proceedings, parenting and custody disputes, matrimonial property and financial settlements, family violence matters, and wills, estate administration and estate litigation.

Annabel recognises that family and estate disputes often arise at some of the most difficult and emotionally charged moments in a person’s life. She approaches each matter with sensitivity and care, while remaining focused on providing clear, practical advice that enables clients to make informed decisions and move forward with confidence.
